Week 26

Well these past 3 weeks I have decided to post a thread on the Hep with life fourm. I got alot of great help(and some not so great). so In this hournal entery I would like to thank everyone who helped out.THANK YOU!!!!
In other news I have not updated my gallery as much as I should have. I made a few good images but just never got around to it. school is picking up again and I will have even less time for DA in which I am very sorry. but I think I am improving with my photomanips and have gotton alot of insperation from local artists. This week I won a simple poster contest which I will be posting soon. I got my desighn published by the company and will see it on billboards and tea shirts which is better than any cash reward.
As always I am looking for new freinds and hugs. If you want to be my freind all you must do is say so. well this concludes this journal update I will keep in touch

I can relate to your situation, though I don't have anything to offer on the subject. Just a heads up though; your account might get banned if you talk about committing illegal activities. I believe it's against the terms of service.

Thanks for the heads up.

perhaps it would have been more appropriate to take this to a different site but I felt that the people here could relate to what I am feeling better and I have asked for help here before. I have already received some great incite but I don't think the conversation is quite over, I would hate to get banned before I got everyones true aspect on the subject

If you need an alternative, Blueblood.net has a great forum that would have plenty of advice and opinion on drug use.

But yeah, you're right about them relating. Despite being straight-edge myself, I like to see that people get the verbal bash whenever they start a thread on here with some spewing of uniformed anti-drug propaganda.

I so agree.
but you say you are straight-edge and I must admit that I am curios as to the mentality of it. I understand that it is when you refuse to take in chemicals like drugs and alcohol because it effects your brain. But all of your brains reaction rely on several different chemicals to function. So I am confused as to why you would want to be straight-edge at all.

Well essentially I'm not straight-edge. I just act that way. I've had alcohol before and its effect wasn't worth a damn. Not to mention almost all of it tastes horrible, smells horrible, and makes people even less tolerable. Cigarettes and weed I don't like being near because I have a strong sense of smell. I was tempted to try party pills once, but my friend wasn't sure about giving me the max dose pill, since he knew I hadn't done much of anything. Then he described the effect as basically what was giving me trouble sleeping and I was like, "Why would you even want that?"

I do refuse to have meaningless sex, but that's just because it doesn't interest me.

I'm not really opposed to trying a drug if it's safe and effective, but I see the search for an altered state as futile. Drugs won't make me or the world around me into something else.

hello, i just came across your thread/forum thing a couple of minutes ago. and recently myself i found myself feeling like how you described.
